ARKANSAS – The United States Postal Service is focused on building a more stable and empowered workforce, and is seeking motivated individuals to fill immediate openings for Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) positions. A postal job offers employees the ability to work where they live, competitive pay, stability, lifelong benefits and career advancement opportunities throughout the entire agency. 

To assist potential applicants, Postal officials are hosting two Job Fairs tomorrow, July 30, at the locations below to answer questions about employment opportunities and to assist with the application process.

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) - At $20.38 per hour, a RCA serves families and businesses in rural and suburban areas. A RCA is responsible for the delivery and collection of mail, and also sells stamps, supplies, and money orders on an assigned route. An applicant must have a valid state driver's license and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. A personal vehicle may be required. Becoming a RCA could be the first step to becoming a full-time, regular rural carrier with full benefits.
