USPS Arkansas Seeks Delivery Team Members

Eleven Simultaneous Job Fairs at Select Post Offices on February 28

ARKANSAS - The Arkansas-Oklahoma District is closing out the month of February with eleven job fairs at select Arkansas post offices to fill immediate vacancies for Rural Carrier Associates (RCA) and Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC). These positions could lead to a full-time career with full benefits.

The job fairs will be held simultaneously on February 28, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at the post offices listed below. Postal officials will be onsite to answer questions about employment opportunities and to assist with the application process.

Positions Available:
Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) - At $20.38 per hour, an RCA serves families and businesses in rural and suburban areas and is responsible for the delivery and collection of mail. An RCA also may sell stamps, supplies, and money orders. Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record.

Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC) – At $20.38 per hour, an ARC will deliver and collect packages along routes in rural areas and will provide a variety of services to customers along an assigned route. The successful applicant may be required to provide their own vehicle for transportation. An ARC may opt to provide service on weekends and holidays or up to seven days each week.
