HOT SPRINGS, AR - The United States Postal Service has immediate career opportunities for job seekers in Hot Springs, Arkadelphia, and the surrounding areas. We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Rural Carrier Associate.
To assist potential applicants, the Postal Service is hosting a Job Fair at the post office below on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Postal officials will be onsite to answer questions about employment opportunities and to assist with the application process.

Position Description:
Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) - At $20.85 per hour, an RCA serves families and businesses in rural and suburban areas and is responsible for the delivery and collection of mail. An RCA may also sell stamps, supplies, and money orders. Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. This position could be the first step to becoming a full-time, regular rural carrier with full benefits.
