USPS Unveils First-of-its-Kind Sorting Machine at Phoenix Regional Processing and Distribution Center

Media tour of Matrix East/West Sorter at Phoenix Regional Processing and Distribution Center (RPDC)

As part of the U.S. Postal Service’s $40 billion network transformation and modernization strategies, Phoenix USPS leaders are inviting media to tour its new Matrix East/West Sorter a state-of-the-art package processing and sorting machine.

The event will feature local USPS leaders and subject matter experts and provide a first-hand look and demonstration of the new machine – all showcasing the Postal Service's commitment to improving service performance, employee experiences, and customer satisfaction in Arizona and across the nation.
