CARLSBAD, CA — Operations have been temporarily suspended at the Carlsbad Post Office, 2772 Roosevelt St., due to a partial roof collapse.

Post Office Box customers can retrieve mail at the La Costa Post Office, 1700 Aviara Parkway in Carlsbad. Retail services and package pick-up are also available at this location. Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday.

Mail delivery to homes and businesses will not be impacted.

Bulk mail customers are asked to make drop offs at La Costa as well.

We apologize for this brief inconvenience. Our top priority is a high standard of service as well as the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. We hope to have the Carlsbad Post Office reopened and fully operational again as soon as possible.
