Malibu mail pick-up service update

LOS ANGELES – The old Colony Station Post Office, 23648 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265, is temporarily closed due to flooding.

Effective Monday, Dec. 10, 2018, Malibu residents may pick-up Point Dume Post Office Box mail and other held mail as a result of the wildfires from the Agoura Hills Post Office located at 5158 Clareton Drive, Agoura Hills, CA  91301 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.  At this time, retail services remain available at Malibu Main Office and La Costa Station.

Customers are reminded to bring proper photo ID in order to obtain their mail.

Street delivery continues to be in effect.  It will be curtailed only if roads are closed due to flooding or areas affected by the wildfires.  Please call (323) 586-1415 to hear the latest information regarding where mail can be picked up.  As new information becomes available, messaging will be updated.
