PALO ALTO, CA — After a public meeting was held on June 18, 2018 to announce the need to relocate retail services from the current East Palo Alto branch office at 1600 Bay Road, East Palo Alto, CA 94303, a final decision has been made on the new location.

The new location will be at existing property at 1765 East Bayshore Road., Suite E, East Palo Alto, CA 94303.

The relocation was made necessary because the landlord plans to redevelop the property and has decided not to renew the lease. However, until the yet-to-be-determined opening of the new facility, the Postal Service will continue to provide services at the current location.  

When the new Post Office opens at 1765 East Bayshore Road, customers will receive the same services as were provided in the existing location.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
