Malibu mail service update

MALIBU, CA – Beginning Monday, Dec. 24, Malibu postal customers can pick up their Post Office Box mail and all other held for pick-up mail at the Point Dume Post Office, 29160 Heathercliff Road, in Malibu. Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.

Until Monday, Dec. 24, Malibu Post Office Box customers should continue to pick up P.O. Box mail and hold for pick-up mail at the Agoura Hills Post Office, 5158 Clareton Drive, in Agoura Hills. Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Retail services in Malibu will resume at Point Dume on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019.

Bulk Mail Entry Unit (BMEU) acceptance will also resume at Point Dume on Jan. 7th. BMEU customers can continue to have their mail verified at Topanga Post Office or the Los Angeles Processing and Distribution Center.

Customers are reminded to bring proper photo ID in order to obtain their mail.

The Point Dume Post Office has been temporarily closed since early November due to the Woolsey Fire. We wish to thank our customers for their patience and understanding during this period of disruption caused by wildfires in the area.
