PALM DESERT, CA — The United States Postal Service is considering the relocation of retail services from the current Palm Desert – Portola Station Post Office, 45300 Portola Ave., Palm Desert, CA 92260, to a yet-to-be determined location in the same vicinity. The relocation is due to a lease termination.
A public meeting is planned for 11:00 a.m. February 20, 2019 in the Palm Desert – Portola Station Post Office lobby. Postal officials will be on hand to provide project information and listen to comments from attendees.
The public will have 30 days after the meeting to submit written comments for the Postal Service’s consideration prior to its final decision. Please submit written comments to:
