SAN FRANCISCO – The U.S. Postal Service will hold a public meeting to discuss plans to relocate retail service from the Macy’s Finance Station at 170 O’Farrell St., San Francisco, CA 94102 to a yet-to-be-determined location as close as reasonably possible to the current location. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., at the San Francisco Rincon Annex Post Office, 180 Steuart St., San Francisco, CA 94119.
The relocation is necessary because the Macy’s Finance Station closed due to the lease expiring and the landlord unwilling to extend the lease.
The Postal Service invites the public to learn more about the proposal from postal officials who will be on hand to discuss all future plans.
Customer input on this proposed relocation is welcome. For 30 days after the public meeting, anyone may submit written comments to the address below for the Postal Service’s consideration prior to its final decision.
