The U.S. Postal Service reopened the Chilcoot Post Office located at 94217 State Highway 70, Chilcoot, CA, 96105, today, July 14, and is providing full retail and P.O. Box service.

Retail hours at the Chilcoot Post Office are 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Saturday. The office is closed Sunday.

The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
