SANTA BARBARA, CA — The Santa Barbara Post Office will host a free job fair from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, May 13 at the East Beach Station where staff will help participants with their applications.

The Postal Service has immediate openings for:

City Carrier Assistants (CCA)
Mail Handlers

The free job fair is open to all applicants who are 18 years or older. Interested applicants must pass a drug screening and a criminal background investigation prior to employment. Some positions may require an exam. Applicants seeking a driving position will need a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past two years. Citizenship or permanent resident status is required.
