NORCO, CA — Orange County Post Office’s kicked off their spring recruitment with the introduction of its Mobile Job Center on Wheels.

With hundreds of job opportunities immediately available across Orange County Post Offices, local U.S. Postal Service human resources rolled into recruitment in a new mobile pop-up.

Applicants who attended the Norco Post Office job fair on Tuesday, March 21, had the opportunity to submit their applications all from the U.S. Post Office on wheels. HR specialists were on hand to answer questions and guide applicants through the process.

There is an immediate need for the following positions to be filled:

  • Mail Processing: Clerks and Mail Handlers
  • Delivery: City and Rural Carriers
  • Transportation: Tractor Trailer Operators
  • Maintenance: Mechanics, Laborer Custodian and Automotive Technician

Applicants must be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. All applicants must be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Some positions require an exam. Any position that has a driving requirement will also require a valid driver license and clean DMV 2-year driving history. Citizenship or permanent resident status of five years is required.
