Postal Employees Compete in Cooking Challenge

Did you know that every year the California State Fair and the Postal Service hosts a POSTAL ONLY LIVE cook-Off challenge? Teams of two US Postal Service employees will use mystery ingredients to prepare a 3-course, home-style meal in front of a live fair audience and a panel of qualified judges.

Background:

The California State Fair and Food Festival attracts competitors from all over the state compete for top honors and cash prizes at the CA State Fair. Whether you are an exhibitor or a spectator, the CA State Fair & Food Festival is the place to be to experience the best of California’s traditions, culture, and cuisine.

We are excited to continue our 169-year tradition this summer of showcasing the Best of California during the CA State Fair & Food Festival. Come to enjoy the fun from July 14-30, 2023, and celebrate all the amazing things that California has to offer!
