Proposed Sanger Post Office relocation

What:

U.S. Postal Service is considering relocating the retail services currently provided at Sanger Post Office located at 724 O Street, Sanger, CA 93657 to a new location within the city limits.

Background:

The Postal Service is considering relocation because it has outgrown the current facility. The current space is 4,739 square feet and the new requirement is for 9,300 square feet with 68 parking stalls.

The relocation project will consist of procuring a suitable substitute location, preparing the new location for use as a post office and then transitioning the retail services to the new location. Retail services will continue until the new post office is up and running, with no impact to mail delivery.
