Seal Beach, CA — Alma Mosley was recently named the 15th Postmaster of the Seal Beach Post Office.

As the Postmaster, Mosley manages a team of 52 employees, and oversees retail services and delivery of mail to 27 routes and 2,099 PO Boxes.

Serving the community’s 24,937 residents, Mosley and her team is committed to providing quality service by ensuring daily mail volumes, upwards of 37,718 mail pieces, are connected to the 148,806 addresses in the City of Seal Beach.

“I strive daily towards making a valuable impact in reaching our goals which affect Seal Beach and producing adequate results for the Postal Service,” says Mosley. “I want to inspire others to have pride and a customer driven mindset to continue to help the Postal Service to be known as a trusted government organization to the American public.”

Mosley is thankful for the support of her husband, Raymond and their son’s Richard and Raymond, III throughout her 20-year postal career. She is a proud Mexican American woman who grew up in South Central Los Angeles and graduated from South Gate High School before participating in the USC Med-COR program.

Her hobbies include spending time with family, friends and watching her favorites sporting events.
