Westchester Station Manager helps customers prepare for holiday shipping rush

The local station manager will offer a helping hand at a meet-and-greet with the public. Postal customers are invited to stop in and meet the local manager, who will also offer a package demonstration and Self-Service Kiosk demonstration to help with holiday shipping needs.

Background:

In the spirit of the holiday season, Westchester Station Manager Tracy Phillips will greet customers and answer questions how to ship the perfect package, holiday shipping deadlines, how to avoid shipping glitches, and how to save time by using alternate shipping options.

The event will offer local businesses and residents an opportunity to learn the advantages of USPS Ground Advantage as a shipping option to get their items to their destinations in under three days. The holiday season is a great time of year to show new and existing customers the U.S. Postal Service makes customer satisfaction priority number one.
