Postmaster Christine Hollander and her team have achieved the extraordinary feat of – 11 consecutive perfect scores in Retail Customer Experience (RCE), aka Mystery Shopper.

The secret to their success is the office's customer-centric approach. The retail staff, a group of dedicated individuals, are kept in the loop with daily training sessions, ensuring they stay abreast of the latest policies and practices. This continuous learning environment fosters a culture of excellence spearheaded by Lead Sales Associate Liz Luy, Erik Shelton, Agnes Tuazon, and Daniel Miner. 

But it's not just about training; it's about the spirit of the team. Hollander, who has been with the Postal service for over 18 years and has helmed the Loomis office for the last 18 months, takes immense pride in her team. “I am proud of the service my staff provides every single day,” she said. “One of the core principles of the PMG’s Delivering for America 10-Year Plan is to have an empowered workforce. On any given day the office handles an average of upwards to 40 new passport applications, showcasing their keen ability to manage high-volume tasks seamlessly.
