Santa Paula Postal Customer Update

Rural Route 002 Customers Only

SANTA PAULA, CA — Due to the recent mudslides, Highway 150 between Upper Ojai and Santa Paula has been closed indefinitely, impacting some customers on Rural Route 002 only.

If your address is on the following streets below, your mail delivery has been impacted.

  • 8000 Mistletoe Rd
  • 5000 Pine Grove Rd
  • 9000 Mupu Anlauf Rd
  • 9000-14000 Ojai Rd
  • 11000-13000 Koenigstein Rd
  • 12000 Topa Ln
  • 11000 Topa Vista Rd

We are encouraging all residents and businesses above to consider using alternate access methods for their postal needs, such as submitting a temporary change of address until Highway 150 is reopened or by going to Santa Paula Main Post Office to pick up your mail starting Monday, February 26, 2024.

The Fastest Way to Get Your Mail

  • The fastest and most convenient way to have your mail delivered is to file a Temporary Change of Address online at www.usps.com/move.
  •  Customers can also visit their nearest post office to request a Temporary Change of Address form in person.
  • Santa Paula Main Post Office located at 111 S. Mill Street, Santa Paula, CA 93060. Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Phone: 805-921-7921

Customers are reminded to bring proper photo ID to make mail and package pickups.
