Planada Post Office Reopens April 8th

Post Office Box Operations Resuming

PLANADA, CA — The United States Postal Service is pleased to announce the re-opening of the Planada Post Office, which was temporarily closed due to the devastating floods last year.

Planada will resume Post Office Box operations only on Monday, April 8, 2024. “We are so happy to be back serving our customers,” Planada Postmaster Maribel Sanchotena said.

P.O. Box Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm

PLEASE NOTE: Retail services will not be available at Planada at this time. Retail services will continue to be available at Bell Post Office, located at 415A West 18th Street, Merced, CA 95340 until services are restored. P.O. Box holders can come to Planada Post Office to request a P.O. Box key or combination.
