Los Angeles, CA — This year, the Postal Service will participate in Small Business Week, April 28th through May 4th by hosting local events at post offices nationwide. During this week, Americans will have the opportunity to rally behind small business owners, celebrating their spirit and success, while contributing to the growth of the economy.

The Postal Service understands the importance of supporting small businesses, the jobs they help create, and the quality of life that they provide in every zip code across the nation. Currently, the United States Postal Service (USPS) serves over six million small business customers by providing essential mailing and shipping services.

During Small Business week 2024, and the entire month of May, the Postal Service wants to increase awareness in its efforts to support small businesses by participating and hosting “Grow Your Business Day” events in postal lobbies across the greater Los Angeles area. Ultimately, we want to help small businesses grow because their business is our business.
