SAN BERNARDINO — Road closures due to the Bridge Fire in the San Gabriel mountains have prompted the temporary closure of the Pinon Hills and Wrightwood Post Offices. Mail service for customers of those offices have been temporarily relocated, as detailed below.

• Pinon Hills & Wrightwood to Phelan Post Office
  Customers normally served by the Pinon Hills and Wrightwood Post Offices should temporarily pick up their mail at the Phelan Post Office located at 9782 Clovis Road, Phelan CA 92371. Hours for pick up are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Customers must present a photo ID for mail pick-up.

USPS announced earlier that four other post offices had been temporarily closed due to the Line Fire. Mail pickup guidance for customers of those offices is below.

• Green Valley Lake & Running Springs to Lake Arrowhead Post Office
  Customers normally served by the Green Valley Lake and Running Springs Post Offices should temporarily pick up their mail at the Lake Arrowhead Post Office located at 28150 Highway 189, Lake Arrowhead CA 92352. Hours for pick up are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. Customers must present a photo ID for mail pick-up.

• Angelus Oaks & Forest Falls to Mentone Post Office
  Customers normally served by the Angelus Oaks and Forest Falls Post Offices should temporarily pick up their mail at the Mentone Post Office located at 1842 Mentone Blvd, Mentone CA 92359. Hours for pick up are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. Customers must present a photo ID for mail pick-up.

Services at all of the above impacted post offices will resume as soon as the Postal Service determines that it is safe to do so.
