Commitment to maintain excellent service to the community
PAUMA VALLEY, CA — The U.S. Postal Service recently named Beatriz Ibarra as the Pauma Valley Postmaster. As postmaster, she will also oversee the Pala and Palomar Mountain post offices.
Ibarra brings more than 20 years of postal experience to the role of postmaster. She began her career as a letter carrier in Ramona, CA, in 2001. In 2019, she stepped into supervisory roles before her promotion in 2021 and served as Officer in Charge at the Ramona Post Office before her current selection as postmaster.
“It is an honor to me to be appointed Postmaster of Pauma Valley, Pala, and Palomar Mountain,” she said. “Since 2001, I have had the privilege of serving in many roles. This is a new community to me, and I look forward to building strong connections, supporting the dedicated team of employees, and providing excellent customer service.”
The Pala Post Office was established by executive order in 1857, which also served the Pala Reservation.
