In the spirit of the holiday season the San Rafael Post Office located at 40 Bellam Blvd, San Rafael, CA 94901, will kick off the holiday season with a job fair Friday, November 21, at 10:00 a.m. and offer key holiday tips for good tidings this season. 

A local carrier will provide holiday tips and insight into what they enjoy most about delivering during the busiest season and why they have chosen this career for nearly a decade.

The Postal Service is in the midst of our busiest season and now is a great time to apply for a new postal career.

Applicants must be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. All applicants must be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation. Some positions require an exam. Any position that has a driving requirement will also require a valid driver license and clean DMV 2-year driving history. Citizenship or permanent resident status of five years is required.
