The Postal Customer Council (PCC) program is a valuable resource for business mailers, large and small. Local PCCs serve as an open channel for USPS-to-business communication, providing information and best practices for achieving cost-effective and profitable mailing, education and training, as well as solving local challenges. Through regular meetings, educational programs, mailer clinics, and seminars, PCC members learn about the latest postal products and services that may help them grow their business.
Join the Postal Customer Council (PCC) community to network with fellow business partners, hear first-hand what’s happening at the Postal Service, and learn what PCC membership can do to enhance their business.
The local events also provide opportunities to meet other mailers, mailing experts, vendors from the mailing and fulfillment industry, and managers from the postal service to discuss issues which affect a single business or the entire mailing industry.
The PCC is a great resource for Postal customers to learn about Postal Service products, services, and innovations. In addition, the PCC provides a forum for Postal customers to network with like-minded professionals and with Postal leadership to grow their business.
