Squaw Valley Contract Post Office to Relocate to Nearby Dunlap

The U.S. Postal Service has received notice that the contractor operating the Contract Postal Unit in Squaw Valley, located at 30754 E Kings Canyon Rd, Squaw Valley, CA, 93675-9304, will retire effective April 30, 2026. As a result, this Contract Postal Unit will close on that date.

Beginning May 1, 2026, all postal services for Squaw Valley customers will be available at the Dunlap Post Office, located at 39400 Dunlap Rd, Dunlap, CA, 93621-9998. The Dunlap Post Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. For any questions or assistance, customers may contact the Dunlap Post Office at 559-338-2493.

Please note that your mailing address and ZIP Code will remain the same.

Customers are reminded that the Post Office is always open, 24/7 including holidays, at www.usps.com. Using usps.com, customers can look up a ZIP Code, request free Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging, hold their mail, set up Premium Forwarding Service, and even print a mailing label and pay for postage using Click-N-Ship.
