Emergency Road Closures Impact Postal Operations

Garden Grove, Stanton and Westminster cities affected

GARDEN GROVE, CA — Emergency road closures and limited access due to a chemical incident in the local area have impacted some mail delivery and retail services.

The Stanton Post Office, located at 10440 Beach Blvd, Stanton, CA 90680, has temporarily suspended all retail and mail delivery services until further notice, following the city evacuation order.

During these emergency road closures, retail services from the West Garden Grove Post Office at 11947 Valley View St., Garden Grove, CA 92846, and the Goldenwest Post Office at 13761 Golden West St., Westminster, CA 92684, have temporarily relocated.

On Saturday, May 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., mail pick-up and retail services for West Garden Grove customers and affected Garden Grove city delivery customers will be available at the Garden Grove Main Post Office, 10441 Stanford Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92842.

Similarly, mail pick-up and retail services for Goldenwest and affected Westminster city delivery customers will be available at the Westminster Post Office, 15030 Goldenwest Cir, Westminster, CA 92685.

Customers must present acceptable photo identification for all mail pick-ups.
