LEGGETT, CA — Effective Monday, June 15, 2026, the Leggett Post Office located at 67674 Drive Thru Tree Road, Leggett, CA 95585 will reopen its doors and resume normal operations.

Leggett customers will have access to full retail and PO Box services at the original Post Office location in a newly updated space.

The Leggett Post Office will retain its original hours, Monday- Friday 9:30 AM –12:30, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 PM, with 24-hour daily PO Box lobby access.

Friday, June 12 at close of business will be the last date to pick up mail at the current temporary pick-up location for Leggett customers at the Garberville Post Office, located at 368 Sprowl Creek Rd, Garberville, CA 95542.

PO Box customers are reminded to bring photo identification for new PO Box key assignment, effective June 15 at the Leggett Post Office.

We look forward to welcoming our customers back to the new Leggett Post Office,” said Leggett Postmaster Kristi Rico.

Services for the Leggett Post Office were temporarily relocated to the Garberville Post office after the building sustained significant fire damage.
