United States Postal Service has Immediate Openings

Join us at four Job Fairs: Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Monday, November 4, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

What:

The U.S. Postal Service in Denver is holding four job fairs to help applicants successfully apply for numerous postal positions.

Who:

The event is open to the public. This recruitment event will provide job seekers with access to one-on-one assistance in creating their USPS eCareer profile application. The Postal Service is looking to provide potential applicants with information on the types of positions available so they are able to make educated decisions when applying.

When:

Wednesday, October 16, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Friday, October 18, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wednesday, October 30, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Monday, November 4, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Background:

Immediate openings available for seasonal and long-term positions. Job seekers are invited to come and learn about USPS employment opportunities, which include: City Carrier, Clerk positions, and Mail Handler Casuals to work at the Processing and Distribution Center.

Applicants will be shown how to navigate the online application process at www.usps.com/employment.

Applicants must be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with a high school diploma. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening, criminal background check, and any other applicable Postal Service tests.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations
