Post Offices Open Arms of Gratitude to Customers

Customer Appreciation event provides answers, comfort to last-minute shippers

Several area Post Offices are sponsoring customer appreciation and open house events. This is a way to encourage questions with customers about last-minute shipping options including ship from home, 24 hour self-service kiosks, and deadlines.

Visuals of last-minute shippers, large number of packages and an opportunity to interview key USPS personnel will be offered.

Postal staff and senior leaders, including the local Postmaster, will be on hand to provide answers and assistance.
