Cindy L. Kinney started as a Clerk/Carrier in McCook, NE in 1981. In 1984 she transferred to Boulder, CO as Clerk. In 1986 she was promoted to Supervisor of Mails in Boulder. Throughout her 39 year career she has held numerous management positions throughout the Denver District till 2007 when she came to Loveland as Postmaster. Cindy is the 9th Postmaster of Loveland since 1934.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations
