HARTFORD — Presidents Day is observed by the U.S. Postal Service. All Post Offices will be closed for retail services. Street delivery on Monday will be limited to guaranteed overnight parcels and there will be no collection of mail.

Full retail and delivery operations will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023.

Notably, the Ernest Gaines stamp which was released on Jan. 23 and the Lunar New Year stamp issued on Jan. 12. These stamps, and more, are available at www.usps.com.
