Media is invited to tour the postal facility to view holiday parcels and packages going through mail processing and sorting at the Seminole Processing & Distribution Center (P&DC).

Background:
Media will tour the Postal Service facility to view holiday mail processing.
The Postal Service expects to deliver a total of approximately 15 billion cards, letters, flats, and packages during the 2018 holiday season. Projections are that approximately 900 million packages will be delivered between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve. The Postal Service already delivers packages on Sundays in most major cities, and anticipates delivering more than 8 million packages on Sundays this December.
