U.S. Postal Service to Hire Tractor Trailer Operators

Miami, FL — If you have a Florida Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) and a salary of $24.70 per hour is appealing to you, mark Friday, April 29, on your calendar. You’ll want to attend the U.S. Postal Service’s free job fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the lobby of the Miami General Mail Facility at 2200 NW 72 Ave.
Postal officials will have computers set up in the lobby and will assist with your employment application for Part-Time Flexible (PTF) Tractor Trailer Operator. If you’re unable to attend the job fair, you can apply for this position online at usps.com/careers April 29 through May 9.

Applicants must have a safe driving record, and at least two years of unsupervised experience driving passenger cars or larger vehicles and one year of full-time unsupervised experience (or equivalent) driving a seven-ton or larger truck, tractor trailer, or a 16-passenger or larger bus. The driving must have taken place in the United States or its possessions or territories or in U.S. military installations worldwide.
