Where Big Gets Its Start
JACKSONVILLE, FL — More than 200 mailers, small business owners and entrepreneurs attended the USPS Areas Inspiring Mail (AIM) virtual meeting March 7 to learn about the latest enhancements to postal products and services to help companies grow their business.
At the event, USPS top executives provided an overview of postal improvements underway with Delivering For America, the Postal Service’s 10-year plan to achieve financial sustainability and service excellence, including new offerings for small business customers, such as USPS Connect.
“The Postal Service plays a vital role in our customers’ success,” said Mike Cook, Director, Customer Relations, Southern Area and USPS AIM National Postal Co-Chair. “Our Delivering for America plan continues to implement changes and improvements to ensure the Postal Service evolves and thrives in the changing American economy.”
The Postal Service’s Atlantic Area and Southern Area sponsored the event. These regional areas cover all states on the U.S. Eastern Coast, as well as along the Gulf Coast from Florida to Texas, including several southeastern states, plus Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
