National Small Business Week

BRADENTON, FL — This year, the 34203 Post Office will participate in Small Business Week, April 30 through May 6, by hosting an event to demonstrate how the U.S. Postal Service continues to create easy and affordable services designed to help small businesses grow.

Bradenton Postmaster Jon Musin said, ‘“This ZIP Code Means Business” when it comes to helping small business grow in the 34203 ZIP Code. We offer numerous solutions to assist with marketing efforts, such as Every Door Direct Mail and new and exciting mailing innovations for advertising. In addition to continuing to provide shipping solutions, such as Priority Mail that help small business ship economically and confidently.”

During Small Business Week, Post Offices around the country will host “Grow Your Business” events where business owners and entrepreneurs can learn about USPS small business offerings designed to help grow and innovate small business in a one-on-one setting.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.

This includes the Braden River Post Office, located at 4112 53rd St. Ave. E. The event is being held on Thursday, May 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Postal Service embraces this year’s theme “This ZIP Code Means Business” as we recognize the importance of supporting small businesses, the jobs they help create, and the quality of life that they provide in every ZIP Code across the nation.
