USPS Pictorial Postmark to Commemorate City of Tamarac’s 60th Anniversary Celebration

TAMARAC, FL — The U.S. Postal Service will be joining the 60th anniversary celebration of the City  of Tamarac, FL, at a Multicultural Festival on Saturday, May 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The celebration, free and open to the public, will be at the Tamarac Sports Complex at 9901 NW  77  Street in Tamarac, FL.

During the festival, postal officials will commemorate the city’s anniversary with a pictorial postmark  available on site at no cost. Pictorial postmarks also may be obtained through the mail. For one or more postmarks, affix the minimum of a First-Class stamp to an envelope or postcard, address the envelope or postcard to yourself or to others, insert a card of postcard thickness in the envelope(s), and tuck in the flap(s). Place the envelope(s) or postcard(s) in a large envelope and mail to:

Requests for the pictorial postmark will be accepted May 20 through June 20.
