Currently, available South Florida positions include:

Tractor Trailer Operator (TTO)
Salary: $21.22 per hour - Job duties include operating a tractor trailer for an assigned delivery route according to a schedule; picking up and delivering business mail at postal installations and airports; and picking up, loading, carrying, and delivering  moderate to heavy mail and packages. This position requires a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Many TTO positions offer short delivery runs which allow more time with your family at home. Health insurance and retirement benefits may be included.

Holiday Clerk Assistant (HCA)
Salary: $20.05 per hour - This is a temporary position and the primary function is to help during  the peak holiday season of the year. In this role, you will perform a variety of distribution and sales and customer support duties for postal products and services. The HCA is assigned to the retail lobby to greet customers and to address their questions or concerns. They may prepare customers with proper forms prior to reaching the retail counter.

Postal Support Employee (PSE) Mail Processing Clerk
Salary: $20.05 per hour - In this position, you will perform a variety of clerk duties required to process mail using automated mail processing equipment or manual methods of sortation and distribution. This position involves lifting or carrying moderate to heavy mail and packages and prolonged standing. Benefits may include paid vacation leave and health insurance. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, safe environment with occasional interaction with the public, this could be the right job for you.

Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)
Salary: $19.94 per hour - A Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) will have a continuous, part-time job. This on-call position could be ideal if one is retired, self-employed, an at-home parent, an educator, night student, or if employed on an evening shift schedule. An RCA serves families and businesses in rural  and suburban areas. This employee is responsible for the delivery and collection of mail, working part-time when regular carriers have scheduled days off or vacation days. An RCA also sells stamps, supplies, and money orders. An applicant must have a valid state driver's license and demonstrate and maintain a safe driving record. A personal vehicle may be required. Becoming an RCA is the first step to becoming a full-time, regular rural carrier with full benefits.

City Carrier Assistant (CCA)
Salary: $19.33 per hour - A City Carrier Assistant (CCA) delivers mail and packages on a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays. The position requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and experience with a passenger car or larger. A CCA is scheduled to work based on service needs. The position may lead to career employment.

Mail Handler Assistant (MHA)
Salary: $18.22 per hour - In this position, you will load, unload, and move mail and moderate to heavy packages from trucks to sorting equipmentat a  mail processing plant. You also will operate mail processing machinery and carry mail to distribution areas, as well as load mail onto trucks. If you enjoy staying active in a team environment that emphasizes safety and ergonomics, this could be a great fit for you.
