ARIPEKA, FL — The U.S. Postal Service is in active recovery mode, following Hurricane Idalia. We are making every effort to provide service as soon as possible to all our customers in the areas affected by the storm, wherever we can ensure the safety of our customers and employees. We sincerely appreciate our customers’ understanding and cooperation as we recover from the storm.

For any post office still unable to be occupied, we are currently operating in alternate locations until repairs can be made.

Due to safety concerns, retail operations have been temporarily suspended at the Aripeka Post Office, 18925 Aripeka Road, Aripeka, FL 34679.

Customers normally served by the Aripeka Post Office can obtain retail services and pick up mail starting tomorrow at a Postal Mobile Retail Unit set up in the post office’s parking lot.

Retail hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed Saturday and Sunday.  

We apologize for this inconvenience to our customers and hope to have the office fully functional again as soon as possible.
