USPS Urges Early Mailing to Meet Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Opportunity to Interview Local Management about Critical Dates for Shipping Thursday December 12, 2024

ORLANDO, FL – Local Station Managers will be available for interviews regarding the USPS Peak Season shipping dates for on-time arrival.

Background:

In the spirit of the holiday season, Three Station Managers will be available at the Alafaya Carrier Annex, College Park Station and Pine Castle Branch Post Offices. They will meet and greet customers and offer needed assistance regarding key shipping dates.

The event will offer local businesses and residents an opportunity to interact with the Station Manager. The holiday season is a great time of the year to show new and existing customers the U.S. Postal Service makes customer satisfaction priority number one.

2024 USPS Holiday Shipping and Mailing Deadlines

The information below covers domestic, international and military shipping destinations to allow for the timely delivery of cards, letters and packages by Dec. 25th.

Items Sent to Addresses in the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States):

  • First-Class Mail service: Dec. 18
  • Priority Mail service: Dec. 19
  • Priority Mail Express service: Dec. 21

Items Sent to Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii:

  • USPS Ground Advantage service: Dec. 16
  • First-Class Mail service: Dec. 18
  • Priority Mail service: Dec. 19
  • Priority Mail Express service: Dec. 20
