JACKSONVILLE, FL — The United States Postal Service is looking for committed and motivated individuals to join us in our mission of service in your local community. The Jacksonville General Mail Facility is hosting a job fair on August 23, to fill immediate openings of several postal facilities in the Jacksonville area for the following positions:

Rural Carrier Associates (RCA) - $20.38 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Delivers mail and packages on a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays. 

Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC) - $20.38 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Delivers packages on a varied schedule that may include weekends and holidays.

Employment Requirements:

• 18 years old at the time of appointment or 16 years old with a high school diploma
• United States citizen or permanent resident
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• If driving is part of the job, applicants must have a valid state driver’s license and a safe driving record
