SOUTHERN FLORIDA — The U.S. Postal Service in South Florida is hosting a special stamp dedication. USPS is partnering with IRACC (Indian Regional & Cultural Center) to dedicate the Diwali Forever Stamp at the Diwali Grand Celebration - Festival of Lights.

The stamp dedication will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, between 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m... The Festival of Lights event will be located at the Rick Case Arena, Don Taft University Center at Nova Southeastern University, SW 75th Ave, Davie, FL 33314

The stamp dedication ceremony will focus on spreading awareness about the Indian culture with food and entertainment. More information regarding this event can be found at: Diwali - Festival of Lights - IRCC.

The U.S. Postal Service celebrates the joyous festival of Diwali, which is also known as Deepavali. One of the most important annual Hindu events, the holiday celebrates the triumph of good over evil. Spanning five days each autumn, it is considered by some to be the start of the new year.
