To assist potential applicants, USPS personnel will be onsite at the job fair to provide detailed information about the positions and to answer questions. Starting pay for Postal Support Employee (PSE) is $19.12 per hour, for Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) and Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC) is $19.06 per hour, paid biweekly.
