USPS Temporarily Suspends Retail Operations at the Stockbridge Post Office

Stockbridge, GA – Effective immediately, retail operations at the Stockbridge Post Office, 110 Walter Way, Stockbridge, GA 30281, are temporarily suspended due to damage to the building.

Retail operations for the Stockbridge Post Office have been moved to the following alternate location.

  • Rex Post Office
    6450 Evans Drive
    Rex GA 30273
  • Retail Hours of Operations:
    Monday - Friday         8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    Saturday                     8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
    Sunday                        Closed

Customers who utilize a P.O. Box at the Stockbridge Post Office will also retrieve their mail and packages from the Rex facility. Customers are reminded to bring proper photo identification for mail and package pickups.

The safety and well-being of our customers and our employees is a priority to the U.S. Postal Service. 

Local management has taken immediate steps to resume retail operations as soon as possible at the Stockbridge facility. We appreciate our customers’ patience and will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
