Typhoon Mawar Prompts Temporary Post Office Closures

All Guam Post Offices Closed Until Further Notice

BARRIGADA — All U.S. Postal Service facilities in Guam will be closed on Tuesday, May 23, in anticipation of the arrival of Typhoon Mawar, and will remain closed through Wednesday, May 24.

Here are the details:

  • All Guam postal facilities are closed until further notice; there will be no mail delivery or retrieval of mail from its blue collection boxes or mail slots

The Postal Service’s decisions regarding the resumption of services will be guided by information and directives issued by local public safety officials.
