Recent retail upgrades and simple tools help customers get love notes, cards, and letters in the mail
HONOLULU — Valentine’s Day is a reminder that the most meaningful messages are often the simplest ones. The U.S. Postal Service is encouraging customers to consider mailing a Valentine’s Day card or letter using our new Love Forever® stamp via First-Class Mail, a reliable and affordable way to send something personal.
Across the country, USPS has made recent upgrades to improve the customer experience — including more convenient ways to buy postage, find information, and get in and out quickly at many locations. Many Post Office locations also carry greeting cards, so customers can pick one up and mail it in the same stop.
“While texts disappear, a Valentine’s card endures,” said Honolulu Postmaster Kevin Nakaoka. “Mailing a handwritten message turns a moment into a memory that can be held and saved. Sending a card is a small gesture that leaves a lasting impression.”
