Seeking 30 New USPS Employees; $23.82/Hour Starting Pay
What:
The U.S. Postal Service is hosting a job fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 12 at the Makawao Post Office.
USPS officials hope to hire 30 new employees to fill positions as Rural Carrier Associates and Assistant Rural Carriers on Maui. The positions, which offer starting pay of $23.82/hour (includes COLA), will be located at the Haiku, Kihei, Kula, Lahaina, Makawao, Paia and Wailuku Post Offices.
Rural Carrier Associates case, deliver, and collect mail along prescribed routes. Assistant Rural Carriers deliver packages on Sundays and observed holidays. They may also case, deliver, and collect mail and packages on Saturdays.
