The Postal Service is relocating its retail operation to a yet-to-be-determined location due to structural and safety concerns.

The Postal Service’s goal is to select a new customer service location as close to the current site as possible. The Postal Service anticipates providing the same services at the new location as were previously provided to our customers at the previous location. Consideration will be given to the sites that are convenient for the customers and meet all postal operational needs. Additionally, the Postal Service plans to continue offering services at the Centerville Post Office until the replacement facility is open and operating as a Post Office.   

The Postal Service is sensitive to the impact of this decision on our customers and the Cincinnati community. The Postal Service considered community input at public meetings held on December 12, 2017 and January 25, 2018.
