CORNING, IA – Effective immediately, the Corning Post Office has temporarily relocated to the Villisca Post Office while the building pending necessary repairs. This temporary relocation will be effective until further notice.

Corning PO Box customers will continue to receive mail in their designated boxes at the current location, however customers picking up hold mail and undeliverable items will need to go to the Villisca Post Office with a valid identification to retrieve their items.

Retail services at the Corning Post Office will not be available during this temporary closure. Customers with retail needs are encouraged to visit one of the nearby Post Offices to complete their retail business.
