The history of the Postal Service’s Postal Consumer Councils (PCC) dates back over six decades.  Over the decades the bond between business customers and the Postal Service continued to evolve throughout the country, and today, these councils, now known as Postal Customer Councils, provide a unique opportunity for any business to meet with top level managers of the Postal Service to obtain information, share ideas, address issues, grow their business and network with other business colleagues.

Guest speaker, Dave Lewis has been in the mail tracking business since 1999 – SnailWorks is the second mail tracking company he has helped to create. Lewis has played an important role in shaping the mail tracking segment of the mailing industry.  He is frequently invited to speak at industry events and is active in MTAC the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee.

James Duffy, Manager Mail Prep & Payment, USPS is a career leader in the USPS. He has worked in Business Mail Entry, Enterprise Payment System, Systems Reporting & Visualization and PostalOne! Systems and Reporting.

The Chicago PCC looks forward to increasing their membership and encourages local area businesses, deeply rooted in the community, to join the PCC.
